Hard thermoforming plastic sheet with glossy surface
$20.00
A thermoforming plastic sheet is a semi-crystalline material, it is harder than pe and has a higher melting point. PP board has low density, easy processing, superior chemical resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance, is non-toxic and odorless, and is one of the engineering plastics most in line with environmental protection requirements.
Thermoforming plastic sheet is a plastic sheet made of PP resin added with various functional additives through extrusion, calendering, cooling, cutting, and other processes. PP board is a semi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point.
Product features
1. High hardness and high melting point.
2. Low thermal distortion temperature (100℃), low transparency, low gloss, and low rigidity.
3. High impact strength, the strength of PP increases with the increase of ethylene content.
4. The surface stiffness and scratch resistance are good. The PP board is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additives, or thermoplastic rubber. The flow rate MFR ranges from 1 to 40. The low MFR PP material has better impact resistance. Good but less ductile strength. Therefore, there is usually no environmental stress cracking problem in PP panels.
5. The shrinkage rate of the PP board is quite high. Because PP board is a semi-crystalline material, the shrinkage rate is generally 1.8~2.5%. And the directional uniformity of shrinkage is much better than that of PE-HD and other materials.
6. It has excellent anti-hygroscopicity, acid, and alkali corrosion resistance, and solubility resistance.
Applications
The thermoforming plastic sheet is widely used in UV and silk screen printing industry, stationery and gift industry, medicine and health industry, packaging industry, food industry, the lighting industry, electronics industry, manufacturing of environmental protection equipment, industrial exhaust ducts, laboratory ventilation equipment, etc.
